TMUA LECTURE NOTES

TMUA lecture notes built for difficult admissions questions.

Study Paper 1 and Paper 2 with the CF Maths TMUA Mastery series: detailed theory, worked examples, visual explanations and original practice designed for non-calculator admissions preparation.

Complete Paper 1 and Paper 2 coverage

The complete TMUA Mastery Course contains eight Paper 1 mathematical guides plus the Paper 2 Proof & Logic Mastery course. Paper 1 covers Algebra & Functions, Sequences & Series, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Exponentials & Logarithms, Differentiation, Integration and Graphs of Functions.

Paper 2 develops necessary and sufficient conditions, counterexamples, contrapositives, proof methods, number theory, geometry logic and proof-error analysis.

Worked examples before independent practice

Each guide is structured around explanation followed by worked examples and progressively more demanding review questions. The aim is to make the mathematical route visible before asking students to reproduce it independently under time pressure.

The full course contains 1,021 worked examples and 655 practice questions across 610 pages, so students can use the notes both as a teaching resource and as a long-term revision bank.

Use the notes with diagnostics and mocks

A diagnostic identifies the topics currently costing marks. The Mastery Guides can then be used to rebuild those exact areas before a timed mock is attempted.

This creates a simple preparation cycle: diagnose, revise precisely, practise unfamiliar questions, then test performance under exam conditions.
